The absolute best service! They will not try to sell you something you don't need, but are very honest about what you do need to have repaired. I have never felt as if I were being treated as if I didn't know anything or was talked down to because I am not a guy. In fact, it is a family business through and through, and at least one of the granddaughters is a grease monkey right and proper. She actually did my tune-up! They picked up my car up from my workplace, did a repair, and brought it back. Oh, and I had forgotten to get gas, and they even put gas in my car for me. Above and beyond service and genuinely nice folks who do good, honest work!
Super friendly staff, Karen makes you feel like family!!! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!!
Very helpful, kind and honest repair shop. They are willing to give advice and upfront about what things cost and competitive prices. Will visit again, thank you 😊
They calibrated my intoxalock quickly and efficiently without even an appointment.
Randy is a very helpful car repair business owner. Years ago I had my battery failing and they were able to fix it by repairing a couple of wires on my automatic door in my van. Well, that same door is having intermittent functionality issues and without charging me anything they took a look at it today and found that there was corrosion in the contact and quite possibly damage in one of the wires. And he is willing to install a new harness that I bring in as long as I bring in the right one. And for now was willing to disconnect the harness from the door so that it will work as a manual door until it can be repaired. And he did all this again without charging. I offered him $5 for his time and service because that's all I have at the moment but he was "No it's okay don't worry about it." Okay so that was a paraphrase but nevertheless that was the gist of how it felt when he declined the payment. It took all of 10 minutes or so out of their time. Walter, or Wally as I was calling him because my brain forgot the ter, is an awesome technician!
